Shopping with Replentia

These terms apply to purchases from Replentia Shop at replentia.com. For questions about a product or order, contact group@replentia.com. Consulting services are agreed separately and are not governed by these shop terms.

Products and orders

Review the product description, selected options, quantity and delivery details before placing your order. Product availability can change. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative with your agreement. We will not substitute products without your consent.

Prices and payment

Product prices and currencies are displayed on the product pages. The checkout shows the order total, including delivery and any applicable taxes, before payment. Checkout is provided by Shopify; the available payment methods are shown there. Do not send payment card details by email.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee, and does not affect your statutory rights if delivery is delayed or does not take place.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our refund policy explains cancellations, returns, damaged items and refunds. Contact group@replentia.com for assistance and return instructions before sending an item back. Nothing in these terms or that policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Problems with an order

If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or not as described, email group@replentia.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Use of this website

You must provide accurate order and contact information and must not use this website for fraud or unlawful activity. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
