Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery is a single flat €9.00 charge per order, shown at checkout before payment.
Supplier-direct fulfilment
Orders are dispatched directly by our supplier. “Available to order” means the product can currently be purchased through our connected shop; it does not mean we hold it in a Replentia warehouse. Availability can change.
When will it arrive?
For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing to check the current dispatch and delivery estimate. We do not currently publish a guaranteed dispatch or arrival window.
Returns and order problems
Read our refund policy for cancellations, returns and refunds. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, include your order reference when you email us. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
