I'm Matt, a supply chain planner and data analyst. I have worked across Australia, APAC and Europe in supply chain roles, bringing hands-on network and production planning experience to businesses across Europe.
My background
I have worked as a supply chain planner and data analyst for a multi-billion-dollar company, building planning parameters from both a network planning and a production perspective.
My industry experience includes life sciences and data centres. That experience informs how I approach material availability, replenishment and the operational decisions behind the data.
Why Replentia
Replentia is my independent consulting practice. I specialise in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while also assisting larger organisations. I help turn purchasing, inventory and planning information into a supply chain strategy your team can act on.
My focus is practical: understand the planning context, make assumptions visible, and agree useful recommendations with the people who will use them.
